Corrections

Any significant corrections to published works are provided below; a "significant correction" is one that amends a factual error or typographical error that causes a dangerous misunderstanding or which might compromise delivery of patient care. Errors found in digital ebooks are likewise corrected below and the original document file is also corrected and uploaded to the ebook repository (e.g., Amazon's Kindle platform). Again the purpose here is to correct important errors if and when they occur; minor typographical errors of minor significance (what Henry David Thoreau refers to as "nutshells and mosquito wings") will be corrected in future editions.

“Let us spend one day as deliberately as Nature,

and not be thrown off the track by every nutshell

and mosquito's wing that falls on the rails."

Henry David Thoreau, Walden
